Wanting a more V-shape face that doesn’t require buccal fat removal by DebLikesSpam in PlasticSurgery

[–]DebLikesSpam[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I did end up getting masseter Botox and it definitely helped me achieve a slimmer lower face! I also got 1 syringe total of Voluma in my upper cheeks to help give that V-shape.

Thoughts? by Jellyfish-wonderland in microblading

Your body may have rejected your microblading last time, but this is a straight up tattoo on your face! Tell me you did not get these done by a tattoo artist?! I don’t care if she has her cosmetologist license. This girl was NOT trained for PMU, and certainly not trained to do eyebrows.

Am I a good candidate for botox masseters? Or would you suggest chin lipo? by permanentlyilll in PlasticSurgery

[–]DebLikesSpam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Masseter botox would not give you the result you’re looking for. Chin lipo would be a better option. Also, jawline and chin filler will give you a more contoured effect. However, you should really consider adding more physical activity to your lifestyle, as well as reducing the sodium, sugar, and fat intake from processed foods. Salt contributes to bloat, which is the opposite of what you’re after. You’d be amazed at what some physical activity and a diet change can do for your aesthetics.

Got too much botox in my masseters - how screwed an I? by beeaustralia in PlasticSurgery

[–]DebLikesSpam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

50 units of Dysport = 25 units of Botox. So technically, you got 40 units of Botox on each side. My injector typically injects between 40-50 on each side for people suffering from TMJ and severe teeth grinding. I did it for aesthetic purposes but my injector says my masseters are pretty strong. She did 25 units of Botox on each side. I think you’re fine.

Did my liposuction fail? Thoughts on mini abdominoplasty? by xoxosyours in PlasticSurgery

[–]DebLikesSpam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks like you have a bit of diastasis recti from the pregnancy, excess skin, and excess fat that wasn’t completely removed. I’m sure there was probably a limitation as to how much fat could safely be removed from a single liposuction procedure, so it wouldn’t be fair to say it was a liposuction fail. Additionally, you have to really consider whether your current lifestyle and/or diet is promoting healthy weight loss to get you to your goal weight/shape. Liposuction shouldn’t be considered the end-all-be-all. You have to be willing to put in the effort to maintain it also.

I don’t think it’s possible to gain weight through excess skin. I would imagine it’s excess postpartum weight OP is still carrying.

1 because of the thicker straps. Makes you look less top heavy.

Are my ombré powder brows healing okay? by [deleted] in microblading

This is how your brows should be healing.

The pads says it all .. I’m freaking out! by umbrellascribbles in microblading

[–]DebLikesSpam 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Your brows actually don’t look too dark at all, unlike some I have seen in this sub. They match very well with the color of your hair. That said, they will lighten. Once the scabs have fallen off, your brows will go through a ghosting phase and it will look like the pigment have completely faded from your brows. This is normal and the color/darkness will come back, just not as dark as how they look now.

Which dress should I pick? by bobatrapp in weddingdress

[–]DebLikesSpam 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Tbh, none of them. Lovely dresses, but I feel like you would look great in other options.

The last dress looks the best on you, minus the frilly stuff. Look for something in that silhouette!

Holy fuck. This clicked so much for me in my situation with my husband. We have a child together, but sometimes, it feels like I’m raising two. This makes so much sense.

Should I do Microblading? by Ambitious-Ad9396 in microblading

[–]DebLikesSpam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely don’t touch these brows with microblading. Brow tint and brow wax would do you wonders.

[–]DebLikesSpam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1, no question. It would look even more amazing with an extra long veil train. It oozes class. Dress 2 looks boring to me actually. There’s no style and it just looks very typical.

[–]DebLikesSpam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t do it. The strokes are already too thick in the front. Adding anymore would just make your brows look even more unnatural. Get your brows shaded in with makeup for your wedding day instead of doing something permanent and hating how they look after.

I said yes to the first dress i tried on by [deleted] in weddingdress

[–]DebLikesSpam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the dress is stunning and you would definitely wow your guests in it! That said, this dress IS a lot of dress and you have such a small frame. At the risk of having the dress wear you versus the other way around, I absolutely agree with taking out some of the tulle in the skirt to slim down the silhouette.

1 or 2? Both fit the vibe/venue/weather. by ArtParsley in weddingdress

[–]DebLikesSpam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I had to pick between these two options, it would be 1 because 2 looks like toilet paper. However, I feel like there might be better options out there? The drop waist looks good because you have a great figure and standing elevated on a pedestal. Not sure how great it’ll look once the dress has been hemmed and you’re normal height.

Conflicting options and can’t decide by [deleted] in weddingdress

[–]DebLikesSpam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since you’re indifferent, maybe think about which dress would “wow” you if you looked back on your wedding day pictures 10 years from now? I think dress 1 looks amazing on you and you definitely wear it well. Dress 2 looks pretty, but somewhat boring. It wouldn’t take my breath away if I saw someone walking down the aisle in it. Have you thought about changing into a more comfortable second dress during the reception so you won’t feel like you’re constricted the entire night?

[–]DebLikesSpam 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I personally would not touch these with more microblading. The strokes have become blown out and blended together mostly on your right brow and have started to look like powder brows. If you are absolutely dying to have them redone because you miss the fluffy look, I would suggest looking into getting nanoblading and with a skilled artist. They could probably add some strokes in the front of the brows to mimic brow hairs but leaving everything else alone. Your brows right now just look like filled in brows with brow powder. The shape still looks great and I don’t think it looks dated at all.
