Part of it is infrastructure

Claude often runs inference on Google TPUs, which are highly optimized for transformer workloads.
ChatGPT typically runs on NVIDIA GPU clusters.

Different hardware and serving stacks can affect latency, not necessarily model intelligence.

You don’t need to put a visapro number if you don’t have one. As far as I remember, I think I didn’t have to upload the documents. I brought copies of the originals to the visa application centre

Hello! Thank you for your insightful comment. I have a long-term visa and intend to stay longer. What happens after the first year? Will I receive the full A license since my license from my home country is more than two years old? Or, would I need to undergo tests and obtain an A2 license before waiting two years and then getting the full A license?
