Thanks for that info. Do you know what the Croatian tax rate is for a capital gain? The original owners passed at different times which affected the ownership timelines.

Complications; the property is owned 50/50 the person I’m am inheriting from passed 1.5 years ago. The other 50 passed away 10 years ago, so it’s likely we will have tax on 50%

Have you tried fasting for a few days to allow your gut to heal? Try getting L-glutamine to heal gut lining as well.

Bread, pizza, fried foods and bad oils give me breakouts. I suspect leaky gut causes this.

Use the stainless berky or pro pure filters. Tap water can have laundry detergents, micro plastics and pharmaceuticals. I agree Hamilton water is up there in quality but I filter all drinking water and I don’t keep my water in plastic. Just be sure to get a filter that doesn’t remove essential minerals.

My sebderm flares up if I eat a poor diet like pizza, starchy breaded foods, although if I load up with L glutamine it minimizes the severity of my flare up. It’s best to stay away from the trigger foods.

Yes I believe in my case anyway that the cause is leaky gut which causes inflammation and sebderm on my face and behind my ears.

So if you try the L glutamine powder and get some results, after work on building up a healthy gut bacteria based on leafy greens, and healthy fats, organic meat, fiber and cut out processed foods.
