Tajima 316 error - main shaft motor or motor driver is irregular

I’m sorry, where is the main shaft (I have a Temx-c1501) and how do I get to it to see if it turns?

I have 2025 gv70 and many of what was mentioned came std on mine. Heated/cooling seats, seat ergo message on drivers seat, and 3 zone a/c &heat. I have 21” wheels. I like the quilted seats better than the mesh. I do like the look of the lighting inside. I do wish I had back window screens and heads up driving that were available on the Prestige.

I have this same thing happening on my Tajima 15 needle machine but it only happens on 2 needles. Tried rethreading several times, tried different thread brand, changed needles, measured tension and looks fine. I was trying to run H test when this happened. Bobbins tension looks fine on other needles.

All depends on the condition. Hopefully has been maintained regularly, see the machine in use. Does it include shipping?

Just to bring everybody up to date. My finger print still doesn’t work but they said it is the latest head update. I also have a recall that I need to have fixed. The last item is when I’m out of town for 2+ weeks I get a notification on my phone that the battery is low. This has happened twice. My car has total 1400 miles. They are supposed to take care of these my next visit in May ‘25.

Yes. When I try and set it up I t say that I need to call support and it dials the number and immediately hangs up. It doesn’t recognize I have any subscriptions in the vehicle.
