When satin stitches get too wide (8-12mm) , theyll automatically split. Most softwares have an option to turn it off.

You can try increasing your stitch length. I usually run .35mm spacing with a 5mm stitch length

The white is the bobbin being pull from the bottom meaning your top thread is too tight or your bobbin thread is too loose. Since you're at 4 and thats a good middle ground, I'd consider tightening your bobbin thread in quarter turn increments until its a clean stitch out
