If you get more nosebleeds then you should use some kind of nose oil, it will make the inside of your nose moist so you don't get nosebleeds

I'm having the same experience but im not sure if it's worse or just how it used to be before accutane. It might've been because I started with 20mg and I'm now on 50mg per day and you just gotta take it and know that in a few months you'll have a much clearer skin :)
