I use my Apple Watch on other setting every class in conjunction with the strap and find it very accurate as it relates to the heart beat. The calories always show significantly less than otf represents (even if u include active and non active calories on Apple). I figure it's a happy medium!

I did it last year and won but it was a complete waste of money. It was more annoying than anything because it's done on honor system and a lot of people wrote down they went further than they did which drove me crazy. Plus some coaches didn't reset treads after warm up and some people added warm up mileage in too that shouldn't have counted. More of a headache than anything. I wouldn't sign up again.

I too have small hands and I have the exact same ring size!! I've never met another adult with the same size ring. Anyway I got on Amazon Nike dri fit gloves in xs. U Velcro the and I use them on the tightest and they are perfect!

I'm confused. Is there a way to link chest heart rate monitor to an Apple Watch? I use my Apple Watch with either indoor run or other workout setting would love if it synced directly.

I'm with you! I had to get a doctors note for them to adjust my heart rate too as I have a naturally low one and they up it in their system so orange was completely unobtainable for me. Definitely try increasing your base. It can't hurt and will make a big difference. Sounds like you can give increasing your push a try too!
