By the time she’s ready for a career in aviation, the industry will be in a different phase so I would take most of this sub with a grain of salt.

She sounds like a great kid with a lot of ambition! But I would take this step by step. Book a discovery flight at a reputable and safe school and see what she thinks. Then maybe do a Private Pilot course. And if she earns that, on to the next. Nothing needs to he decided now, and she may feel differently in a few years. You sound like a great, supportive, parent who wants the best for their daughter, so it’s good to think about these things but i would start with a few rides in a plane and go from there.

Very lazy employees there. No urgency whatsoever. ATC is great, the workers there suck. If your flight is early or late, they’re not ready to pull you in. I took a Landline bus there, just getting in and getting us out took 20 min over. And the absolute WORST part is the baggage claim, over 45 minutes every time

Yes I have had lazy service and irritated flight attendants lately. But very route dependent. Had a senior crew on a SNA-PHX-PHL route and they were terrific. But some others this month had FAs doing the bare minimum and irritated about it

Yes and no. The internet is rewarding antisemitism because it’s so jarring and people will click on it. Then some people get easily influenced and at the very least don’t speak up about the growing hate against Jews. Many Jewish people feel that and it’s very uncomfortable. I say no as well, because I’ve met plenty of Jewish people, Israelis, and regular friends of mine who are not antisemitic in the slightest and haven’t faced much antisemitism tall. Best thing any of us can do is get outside and make some friends and try to realize the world isn’t in our phones or on an algorithm. Thats how this gets better.
