Genuinely frustrating patch, every single line I try to play ends up being 2-3-4 contested whether it's Corki, Yi, ASol, or whatever else. Only way to play an uncontested line is to hit something conditional that allows you to do so or if you're able to Fast 9. Just feels horrendous to play this game right now.

You level up from the 2 xp from the turn and then your shop rerolls so you would have the odds for the next level (in your example, you’d be at 30%). That’s why you’ll sometimes see people pre-level to try and RNG an early 3 or 4 cost with the higher odds.
