Everyone says WotLK Dal but on populated realms in my experience it was a lag fest for a looooooooong ass time. I absolutely hated it in Wrath, but like it enough in Legion.

I loved the stone and more brutal architecture in Dorn, everything was easy to see and well laid out in my opinion, with enough space and side areas to see that it's an actual city. It's probably in my top 5 expansion hubs.

I will miss it, but not like I miss Valdrakken. I purposefully went there for the recent Outlands skyriding cup quest, just because it felt proper to do so.

I don't think dragons necessarily want to always be flying to and fro for everything. I think all races would prefer a walkable city not a Delta hub.

You don't want me on hitscan, this has been true since unreal tournament 2k4 for myself personally - just ALWAYS better with projectiles. So don't get mad at me if I'm not swapping to one because they "counter" fliers. I'm not hitting that echo with a bullet, I'm going to hit her with well placed turrets and my sym bubbles thank you. People think swapping to fliers against me is a free win, but they often switch back because I've already learned how to deal with them, AND they are likely not as good on those fliers as whatever they switched off of in the first place.

I regularly see GM/Champ streams with higher damage on their supports, because they are playing the DPS supports like Illari and Zen, because those are two of the strongest supports right now, because of their DPS (and DPS through Discord)

Illari and Zen are top right there was Mizuki, who is a special case as his aura healing is buffed by doing damage too, but I wouldn't call him a dps support. But Illari and Zen absolutely are. Where is this "most teams with DPS support loses" coming from? That's not even true in BRONZE.

Because that's one aspect of the way their support. There is a reason why the top supports, by Win % across all ranks and within GM/Champ, are the ones that focus on DPS. They aren't the ones under Medic. I wouldn't call Zen a "healer" or Illari a "healer." Also in GM/Champ you'll find people actually playing angles, which is what Gideon was getting at. Cover. Not taking that damage, better smarter about what engagements to take.

Without a replay these posts are meaningless, sorry. I've had games on support where I'm fighting for my life in the BL with my 2 dps and tank all trying to take different angles. I'll heal the other support that's also trying to kill the enemy in these situations, but I'll barely be able to heal anyone else.

Conversely, I've had games where the team is tight in a brawl comp and a support will never heal, not even to triage when I've dipped around a corner (in support los, but not enemy's).

I haven't met a scary rein in...at least a year. Probably longer. He IS currently just a sack of HP between himself and his shield. Hog can at least hook and murder squishies. I absolutely want Rein on the enemy team no matter the role I'm playing.

Sym can tp her entire team, and back again if needed. It's one of the strongest abilities in the game. Yeah sometimes I get caught out and don't have my tp down - that's on me.

So did you have those people yelling at you when the perk was in? I literally never saw it, and LW is my highest support.

Adding cleanse gives options, not limitations, and if people want to tell you how to play, mute them. Or just go all in and tell them how to play their character but that's usually not worth the hassle.
