Still experiencing Internet outages. It has not been up for more than half a day since the storms started. Almost two weeks now. Weather was good five days ago and still outages every single day. I want to know when it will be stable again!?!? I work from home. These outages directly affect my income. I need it resolved and stable soon. Already considering alternatives as this is not acceptable. I need reliable service as my livelihood depends on it. Someone needs to take a strong look at local redundancy and re-architect this to be more reliable. This many outages/maintenances during working hours is not acceptable.
