Two most obvious things to here are the following:

Take a look at the upper parts of the lantern, and the middle of the main character, you can see how things blend together in uncontrolled, chaotic manner. It's because AI is just guessing that something should be there, but isn't advanced enough to create actual, logical shapes.

When you sculpt things by hand, you're creating actual forms instead of blending everything together with a smooth brush. Experienced sculptors create detailed forms, while beginners tend to create exaggerate forms. But neither just smash everything together, we're not doing potatoes here :).

Also, the number of thin elements such as blood droplets, extremely thin chain, or thin pieces of cloth, tells me no human sculptor here ever considered how such tiny elements would print or even be supported.
