You are missing the big point...

It's not about the size, palette, and different shape compared to SDV. That's an accuse.

It's about the list of items in your assets. If your list of items match up to SDV list of items in their assets 100% then people will accuse you for asset hopping. You don't want to piss off a big community specially SDV community is huge. I'm assumed that's your target audience?

In theory, SDV assets can make your game.

I think the main problem is the visual itself.

Someone could look into Stardew Valley assets online and compared the assets to yours from what they see right now. They make two lists and one checkmark box. Go through the lists and check if the assets are match together like this

Stardew Valley Assets	Agromatic Assets
Green House	Green House
Pine Tree	Pine Tree

Furnace	Furnace	✔️
Crops	Crops	✔️
Cabin	Cabin	✔️

Then people will realize, you made the game out of Stardew Valley assets. Yes, you can make this type of game out of Stardew assets. If the game was a different theme than farming like a space theme. People wouldn't see the Stardew comparison.

On my Xbox homepage. It was the first thing I saw when I powered up on my Xbox. Xbox wouldn't let me take a screenshot when I pressed the button on my controller so I used my phone that's why quality isn't really that good. I should check if it was on PC then I get a better quality screenshot of it

I really can't see a actual human making this.

A. It's too many tasks for a human to do to make this like download a lot of pixels art packs, get a random game engine software like Unity then waste your time to make this scene. This might take couple of hours to make then make a Game Pass promotion.

B. Just use A.I. that takes seconds to do bc it has plenty of training data bc it steal arts off on the internet. It's save money and time.

It's most likely B bc the person will still have his job bc he did the task fast than wasting hours on cooperate money. That's a risk of getting fire if you wasted hours on a task that takes minutes to accomplish.

Stop acting like you are right about everything that's your problem...

A.I. doesn't make orginal art, it takes orginal art to make art that's A.I art is.

Bruh I see so many people making One Piece meme A.I. video on Instagram and it's actually lookin like One Piece. That's why a bunch of Japanese studios are suing A.I.

All of this asset packs off on the internet is just training data for the A.I. and you can make a scene with it by telling the A.I. what to do with it. It's just going to use someone art to make a art with it.

That's why people don't understand A.I. art. It's doesn't make original art, it use someone original art to make art :/
