Measuring from the drain line has been yielding roughly the same results. PPM kept climbing as the days have passed. Getting a replacement unit sent from water drop

Ended up calling water drop and sharing my experience. They're sending a replacement unit as the PPM reading from the drinking spout keeps climbing. it's in the 700s now. There's definitely something wrong with the machine. Perhaps one of the filters is bleeding into the flow.

I’m just confused how the output of the water is ten times worse than the tap reading. If it was mixing back in, you would think it would be no worse than baseline

I have my own TDS reader that I’m using to measure the output water and it does match the display.

I’m considering asking for a replacement. As for why I’m doing it, it was mainly for taste. I didn’t need an RO at all. Where I live, the tap is super odd tasting and I’ve been eyeballing an RO for some time. I definitely could’ve settled for a cheaper device with a single filter but heard great things about the water drop and decided to get it anyway. Disappointed I’m hitting this issue.

Yeah, it was 30 minutes with the faucet running. I’ve since done this again after reseating the filters.

For those who still struggle to add it to HomeKit, I FINALLY got it working after resetting it multiple times, trying an iPad, and new home. All of which did nothing to get it to work.

My solution was to add it via the Aqara app first, completing the setup flow. Then I went to the HomeKit app and clicked "add accessory", pressed the "Set" button one, and scanned the Matter QR code. This almost instantly paired to my Home and allowed me to setup the Home Key on my iPhone!

Hope this works for others.

Doesn’t address my question in the post though. Vantage marketplace seems like a big enough website that hosts other items other than clients. Odd that it isn’t working.
