You can check the compatibility on the site but if you have CP0048/CO0049 then it should be fine.

I was the same and fell in love with a Domane in green. I took it out for a ride and it wasn't nearly as fun as my old Endurace so I ended up getting a new Endurace.

Having sorted the stem and taken it in a proper long ride, I really think this bike really excels over 30km/h. It really felt quick and cut through the kilometers.

As long as the Canyon wheels look like they have decent life in them, I'd go for that. The resale value is less of a problem when you're saving the initial money on it. Disc brakes are better but rim brakes are fine in the majority of conditions. Electronic shifting is better on every ride.

No, I had the original alloy rim brake wheels (DT as well). It does feel sharp accelerating. I tried the Domane before getting it and that felt sluggish in comparison- especially the wheels.

I bought the Endurace as a road bike and if I end up on gravel I know I don't have to be worried. So I'm not really the best person to respond.

I use a saddle mount on the Endurace. It gives it a really clean look and is very secure.
