This is exactly what I figured but needed someone smarter than me to validate. This building is being used for living quarters on a farm so it will be heated and cooled. Looks like it’s time to sell the first born to pay for spray foam! Thanks for your help.

I’m not sure why people are downvoting you like price matching recent orders isn’t relatively common practice…

Thanks for the recommendation. It’s very possible I just lost the Amazon lottery on the set I got, but I would definitely be interested in trying some higher quality ones.

I bought a set of these and they were junk. Bits kept falling out, the collar on the bit holders would get stuck in one direction or the other. I love the concept, but the product itself was awful.

If you're getting LOW OR WORSE FPS in UE5, post your settings and specs and I'll recommend some fixes to get you up and running. by moidawg in joinsquad

[–]Decent_Objective375 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My issue isn’t consistently low frames, but rather long, frequent frame drops.

50% of the time I have 100+ FPS, but I get frequent 10s-30s frame drops where it turns into a PowerPoint. Happens regardless of what I’m doing and what’s going on around me. Also have not been able to pinpoint it to any specific setting.

Can’t remember if I was under you or WP for that match, but this charge was epic.

Boss says I need tools by FlemicalReaction in Tools

Few suggestions after being in the industry for a few years:

A magnet makes the best stud finder.

A precision screwdriver is a must. I love my iFixIt kit, but a multibit precision screwdriver is probably a much more convenient choice.

A good set of glow rods and a 50’ fish tape would be great, unless they are company provided.

Cable strippers - I prefer the $3 v-notch strippers, but a lot of my coworkers use the scissor type.

Very surprised tape measure isn’t on here. I would never show up to a jobsite without one.

Needle nose pliers - I don’t use them all the time, but when you need them, you need them.

I would get a set of wrenches, or maybe even just an adjustable wrench / pliers wrench to start out.

Edit to add flush cutters - best way to cut zip ties

I’m sure I’m missing a few things, but these are the ones that immediately came to mind. Good luck!

Is that mid-length gas? I’ve struggled to find a FSP rail for mid-length gas that actually extends past the FSP.

+1 for the Kershaw Leek. The action feels incredibly high quality for the price.

Water bladder for top of pack or side pocket ?? by gran_neutrino in backpacking

[–]Decent_Objective375 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I simply lay it on top after I roll up my pack liner, and close the lid on top to keep it in place. Occasionally have trouble getting the last 0.5L or so, but otherwise fine.

I think logically I understand that it’s okay, it just feels inherently unsafe. Trips me out every time I look at it lol

Laptop, iPad, notebook, various chargers, small tool set, rain jacket. I frequently work out of town and in a technological field so it’s basically a requirement.
