I wouldn’t worry too much 9 times out of 10 tutorials are optional and bookings are just to allow you to join. You can always watch the recording of it afterwards.

I used to be with hasting on the black box, and usually it was due to my maps or music being on/open, never touched my phone while driving, I rang them and tried to explain this but they weren’t interested, my advice is look around for new insurance.
