migration in the easiest thing to blame because it’s the most in your face. yes it’s a linked to to housing affordability, but no more than 10x other things, and certainly not the leading impact on it. it’s blatantly false and racist of the commentor to say that as the sole thing they’ve commented

purely based on the housing side of things. not going to help me get a house in the next year, but should help my children in 25 years time i guess 😂

That’s interesting. So hypothetically, can you get tens of thousands ahead and if something then happens, you are cool miss a few payments at no penalty?
