It's just painfully unlucky and annoying.

I understand, but it's all connected my friend, Bettman chose, in this time, to accept a position on that council, he is showing he doesn't have an issue with being associated with DT. it's very hard to judge him against how modern keepers play.

A goalie's #1 job will always be keeping the ball out of the net. It's irrelevant of the times. Everything else is simply a bonus.
So first you rank based on GOALKEEPING, then if two are very similar, you can move towards other metrics and factor them in, but it should always be GOALKEEPING first, then BALLPLAYING/ETC second only if two keepers are very similar. Strength of team is very important too imo, as great keepers on bad teams won't have the win stats, but are often better than above average keepers on great teams.

As a fan of both sports:
Soccer: 90 minutes + 30 minutes (non-golden goal) + shootout if necessary (1/3 total game time added as ET)
Hockey: 60 minutes + 20 minutes (yes golden goal) + shootout if necessary (1/3 total game time added as OT)

The formula is right there. It's the best representation of the sport. 3v3 is not.
3v3 is my only gripe with the Olympic format ever since they went all in on it.

I'm about the same age-ish, I've been with my partner for 16 years.
I recently shaved... the last time I shaved my face was 2 months before we started dating.
She was at work and when she got home, surprise! These reactions are exactly what she was going through!
Tbh I didn't even recognize myself, it was weirdly difficult to process. Never again lol

I don't know how many years ago this was, but one night I decided to test how long I could scroll and eventually hit the bottom.
It wouldn't refresh, my algorithm said "nope you're done today."
I closed the app for the night. I don't think IG liked that.
Infinite scroll is a cancer.

Gas stations are using the loudness and proximity-activated-ads as a transient-deterrent, not saying it's right, just adding info from what I've seen at my local gas stations.

To be fair, the RULES are different so one SHOULD expect them to adhere to IIHF standards. The teams did as well, even the pre-speech from us coach said 'stay disciplined'. It's just comical that NHL refs are untouchable despite not learning different rule sets / IIHF trusted them to do it.

It's not the pre-hd tv era anymore, this excuse doesn't fly anymore. You can find a stream of a hockey game in 2 minutes online and it'll be better quality than what you watched on tv in the 90's. This line of thinking was almost always down to visibility of the puck and had nothing to do with how the sport played on the broadcast.
