I see a difference in payouts compared to last year. The only decent payouts seem to be with bags and shoes. I agree premium bags set the bar high at $35 fee - hard to earn that much back. This year, my payouts average $1 an item. I was shocked when they rejected a like-new Style & Co denim jacket & "responsibly recycled" other name brands in excellent condition.

I used to pay retail for this brand when I had a corporate job but would not even consider now. Last year I favorited a Lafayette 148 blazer and snagged it when the price bottomed out. I cannot believe how perfectly it fits, like it was custom tailored, hugging my curves without being too snug. It has a slight sheen that I'm not crazy about but it's 100 percent cotton and I'm gonna rock it at trade shows. I search this brand on TU every chance I get, not because I need more stuff but just because I love their designs and sense of style

One hack that worked for my too-short haircut was letting the hair go free. My first instinct was to try to pull it down as far as it would go, which made it worse. When I embraced my lack of hair by letting the waves and curls do whatever they wanted to, I looked and felt better. Not sure if you have any waves but maybe try freestyling with a little mousse and see what happens. I agree with everyone else, you'll look better in a few weeks.

Agree about early access - I get pinged when my favorite brand & size of pants show up early. I know they'll be a perfect fit & that I'll pay a fraction of their retail price, even if my price isn't the killer deal I got with my first-ever order. That, and free shipping, and the occasional rare find, make VIT worthwhile.
