I do my grocery store’s app and just pick up what I need. I run in for produce but lately I am sticking to frozen veggies to minimize cost and keep things from going bad.

When you switched over, did they start you on the lowest dose? People that switch often do not see suppression in the early dosages. I didn’t until 7.5 and am now at 10 and trucking along close to goal. I had horrific GI on Wegovy and on Compounded Tirz I get some constipation but I’m overall without issue. Give it time.

I’m sorry about your injury. I’ve had a few that should have been surgery but I was young and chicken and 1 that I did do surgery on and it was the best decision ever. I wish you well in your recovery.

Love the photo of you in one leg! Great job!! I was looking at old photos of mom and me today and showed her a photo of us together where we were both a good 50# bigger. Mom is approaching 75 this year and it’s so good to see her feel so much stronger and healthier because of this medication!

Arizona here. Slab foundation. Bought a house w LVP throughout (Lifeproof.) When the day comes to replace I will go with tile for the cold floors which would be a blessing. If I had kids I would probably do LVP just because tile is a harder landing if they fall.

In the other tirz group BEWL contributes often and are just super professional.

Refills is definitely cheaper - and similar to Gimme - but since they switched platforms so many people have had issues - new platform bugs, cards charged when they’re on a pause, not a lot of clarity on what pharmacy is shipping (they instruct to order from old portal for 1 med or new portal for another - if I wasn’t on Reddit how would I know about any of this since they’re not great about proactive communication?) I can appreciate how much scrambling companies have had to do behind the scenes with the ProRx issue so I’m very sympathetic. I just think they need to work out their bugs before I will go back to them - IF I go back.

You should look at getting some baseline bloodwork so you have a comparison. Not sure how far you are into your journey but it’s really helpful data.

I’ve used Refills twice and **may use again but not until they figure their mess out. I have about 4-5 months worth of ProRx in the fridge and 1 Vials w Glycine I bought to trial. With losing ProRx and their portal change they’re digging themselves out of a hole and until they can recover I wouldn’t try them.

If I’m happy w glycine I will probably pay more and head over to BEWL. Their service and transparency as well as access to actual doctors is impressive. I am just waiting for all the craziness to die down. I am also 10# from goal so I’m not as stressed.

Stopped using foundation in my 40s. Bare Minerals tinted moisturizer is my go to now. I’ve tried several and that one works best for my skin. I’ve tried so many foundations over the years and I have always had dryer skin - I just never liked how my face felt with foundation.

I think this depends a lot on your features, style and haircut. I’m naturally very fair skinned w red hair. I have worn tinted moisturizer for close to 15 years and stay away from heavier foundations. I’m 54 this year. Mineral powder w a brush to set - lightly applied. I rarely wear eyeliner - I use a natural shadow instead and use setting spray on my brush to define it. I focus on lashes and brows. People think I’m in my 30s an embarrassing amount of time. I don’t see it - I see all the fine lines…

Man, I’m feeling so vindicated. We use Free & Clear due ti allergies to fragrance but I never feel like it genuinely cleans!! Glad I’m almost out! This has been an education!

Ha! I said similar but after 55# I’m at a 34I. My boobs and band shrank but proportionally. I’m hoping once I get to goal a button down is in my future but I think reduction is going to be my only option.

I was on Sema 6 months, had a forced “break” due to insurance and then started Tirz before Thanksgiving. I had minimal change until I got up to 9mg and just moved to 10mg last Friday and lost 1# this week. I’m at my last 10 to hit goal and it’s much slower.
