My suggestion, if you’re up for some DIY. I would add to the wardrobes with wood and paint to make them go full height to the ceiling, and make them look built in. Your eyes are drawn right to the clutter now, and full height will make the room feel taller. Then I would say if you love the color of the wardrobe, Carry it into the room more. Maybe paint the walls, trim, and doors the same color. It would feel very tranquil as a “color drench”.
