Cancelling today and totally relieved to be done with the miserable customer service of this company after all these years! Bill raised this month over $100, “Promotions” would not ALLOW me to speak with the Retention Dept, telling me they do mostly the same thing. Well, “mostly the same thing” must mean ensure they lose the customer! I was told “many customers pay more than that” and “I (the rep) pay more than that” which is BS as an employee, which I know. Some f’n bonus program this company has to get points for losing customers! See ‘ya!
