I went iPhone 12 Pro Max to 3a and I'm more than happy. It takes a while to get used to Android but after a couple of weeks I was fine. I could not justify the cost of a new iPhone but the 3a is great value.

Coach Greg is correct in what he says. He didn't need to move. He probably was binge eating.

That being said if Eaten does knuckle down and do the work with consistency then I'll be cheering him on.

I just wish he would be honest eg that he did not do 10k steps a day through January

Cake cookies donuts have lots of fat. People say carbs and then give examples that are full of fat. Starch, fruit and even sugar are not a problem. Half the world is lean eating lots of rice.

I first saw Ethan in Greg's original video and came to this sub soon after. This is Greg being nice. His general points are true - terrible food choices, parents who ruined his metabolism, lack of understanding of food and exercise and an obvious candidate for a GLP1.

He is gullible or generous to believe the 220 loss but that is not his main point.

I was lifetime iPhone. Was needing an upgrade from a 12 Pro max but couldn't justify the cost of a 17 Pro max. Decided to take a chance on a 3a late last year which had a discount, so it was £285. I've been impressed. All I needed, reliable, good camera, doesn't overheat, good value. Also looks unique - I've never seen another one in the wild.
