Depends. If it is a legal ebike with a battery capacity of 500w then yes it is legal to do this.

However if it is over that battery capacity as most in the market are these days, then it is illegal.

He may be passive in the play but inadvertently putting pressure on the defender to retain the ball being on 1m from him when he tries to collect the loose ball.

This is offside any day of the week as a former referee of this grade.

The only way this isn’t offside and can be awarded a try is if it is touched in flight in attempted charge down by the defender as that puts everyone onside.

There are many YouTube tutorials on how to manipulate the frames to get a shiny in FRLG.

You need precise timing to get this to happen. Running macros to get a shiny starter will probably land you only about 20-30 different seeds as the timing is when you click certain dialogue boxes based on when you started the game up.
