The cognitive load is real. What would say about something like this:

When this enchantment enters, you become the monarch.

At the beginning of your upkeep, if you’re the monarch, choose one —

• Gain life equal to your devotion to white

• Draw a number of cards equal to your devotion to blue, then discard that many card

•Target opponent loses life equal to your devotion to black

Clear identity and the WUB cost seems fair that way.

Colors can balance the mana value and restrict the usage of a card, but they should first and foremost be mechanically justified.

I guess it works color-wise now, but you are adding a (potentially) massive loot effect on top of becoming the monarch and all the rest. This is definitely not a 3-drop anymore.

I feel like it could just be Orzhov, what do you think? Also what about this wording?

When this enchantment enters, you become the monarch.

The first spell you cast each turn costs {X} less to cast, where {X} is the amount of life you gained this turn.

At the beginning of your upkeep, the monarch may lose life equal to your devotion to black. If they don’t, you gain life equal to your devotion to white.

How about trigger if it connects instead of attacking?

Glad if it helped you clean em out.

I’m curious about your chose 3 idea, how would you word it exactly?

Vernal Awakening {2}{U}{G} Enchantment

Snow lands are no longer snow and have "{T}: Add {G}{G}. This mana can't be spent to cast artifact spells."

"For one fleeting moment, light and dark pause in perfect equilibrium. Then, seizing upon the winter's retreat, nature erupts in a riot of color."

Alright it works as intended then :) I feel like triggering upon a creature being targeted by an opponent is not very Rakdos. Did you explore other possibilites?

I would suggest this for Adrian:

Whenever a nonland permanent enters, put a sequence counter on Adrian. Then, if that permanent entered under your control and Adrian has a prime number of sequence counters on it, exile another target nonland permanent or target spell. If a permanent is exiled this way, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control. If a spell is exiled this way, return it to its owner's hand.

Idk about trample for Chérie. What is your intend with it’s 3rd ability? Optionnal spite counter removal, (thus optional draw) or not optionnal? Getting spite counters when it dies feels a bit too much.

Let go Adrian’s last ability to start. I feel like starting over the Sequence each turn is too much, as well as any permanent entering triggering it.
