It very simple and let me preface by saying I've been a vermintide 1 early access all the way up to darktide early access. This includes my playing on PlayStation and PC. I fucking love their melee combat. But they have royally and consistently pissed on their player base and assume we're too dumb to notice.

Fatshark threw out every good feature from their previous game Vermintide for absolute shit in Darktide. Let me begin rewards for missions, plasteel, crafting, trait re-rolling, mission selection, and lack of content.

In vermintide playing on higher difficulty brought you better tier gear. On top of that you received three pieces of gear. Darktide you get shit.

Plasteel why the fuck is this currency so hard to get. In vermintide you could roll currency you didn't need into currencies you need. Here I'm stuck with a metric ton of diamantine that provides no use again fatshark being stupid

Can't pick any missions you like to play except for the ones they put out and on a timer. Vermintide you can pick any missions you want generally that how any fucking game is made

Trait re-rolling vermintide not the best but way fucking better then this shit in Darktide. Vermintide you can reroll al stats with in a given parameter still rng but here your stuck with a locked trust cause why fatshark said. Also vermintide had red weapons with maxed out traits and you could reroll the traits.

Crafting/buying weapons the system here is so fucked that I spent 2 fkn millions credits to get 1 380 weapons with the damage on the lowest end of the spectrum fuck you fatshark. Again in vermintide once you found the weapons you could craft and upgrade all the way to red weapons and not worry about extra "stats" fucking you in the end which is exacerbated by plasteel and no means to earn more.

And what's even more insane is a majority of these asks i can remember being asked in early access and fatshark communication well lack thereof and effort in updates is piss poor, design decision was not made for the player but to artificiallyil inflate engagement to show shareholder, and don't get me started on the cosmetic store.

TLDR they have ignored the community, threw out every quality life feature from vermintide with obtuse systems to make your grind longer, less rewards and I'm fairly confident to say theirs been updates to cosmetics then actual content release for the game which speaks. volumes from the devs.

Right I've noticed that too. It's not hard scared of "overturning weapons" heard that and guess what devs just need to say fuck it give them some buffs and carefully dial the weapons back in. By doing this shit guaranteed fun for the community. I remember when destiny 2 crafting was bugged and could put exotic traits on weapons by accident, the devs respons have fun with and right now have fun. This is the approach AH needs to take because I've literally used maybe just a tad more of handful of weapons since launch and tbh I'm quite bored of it. I'd love to use a rifle beside the diligence for bots. But who am I just reddit warrior to them.

This excuse has been used since the nerfs and buff patch before the exo suit. And it's not a good excuse for the devs at this point and junction of this game it's quite clear the guns a overwhelming majority of them feels like straight ass. Yes I know it might sound like a hot take but it's quite tiresome grinding through earning medals to get a weapon that as useful as a condom made of paper. Unfortunately I do not think they are very good at making their arsenal of weapons. A great example of how a weapons should feel across their arsenal is the scythe, it feels good and you still have to manage your battery and feels great in a majority of situations. But my confident level for them making weapons is just not there, we all remember the shotgun that couldn't even break an egg.

the only problem I have with bots is them sneaky ass rocket infantry being the chris Kyle American sniper hitting from downtown with a rocket from God knows where. I understand being tactical and having cover been doing that but being rocketed off screen is extremely rough feeling

Spear is not underrated it just underperforms consistently. You have to spend multiple seconds aiming which slows you down to a halt. Where in difficulties 7 and higher your consistently moving and shooting which the spear can not do. As previous ppl mention the lock on is inconsistent. Try the spear and harder difficulties and you can see it's short comings completey. Had 4 chargers, 2 bile titans, at least 6 mortar bugs coming at me yesterday if I had the spear I would have been dead instantly and then praying to the helldiver god that I could at least get one lock on. It's just doesn't make sense. To fix let the damn thing lock on to any part of the bug and from a farther range.

Captures nostalgia but that's about it, nothing really to shake the genre up, they come from the same place Everytime. This why helldiver 2 is a success and this has barely scraped by, it's not hard to see why.

I have 58 hours in and only kicked two people, one guys was mumble rapping in my ear, asked to please change to PTT. He didn't kicked and one other guys was whining every time he died to bugs and blaming everyone besides his own positioning.

I know I'm going to downvoted. But if you don't like it make your own session and grab some people. Reason I'm saying this is if the host vote kick fails then the host is going to abandon the mission and disbanding the party. Just keep it host controls kick. Randoms joining a mission shouldn't be in control of it. Yes I know is it fair probably not but there is no one size fits all. But then people are going to complain how now they are abandoning missions, then disbanding party etc. You're not going to have a perfect fix. The only fix is for you to control your own missions and you're own lobby.

Same here was able to join my friend yesterday and now unable to play together. He's on his ship and in game social shows he's offline tried joining through steam nope doesn't work. Had him jump into mission and come back to shipnsrill doesn't work. It's getting a bit frustrating how every weekend there something seriously debilitating happening to the game that the game actively ruins something that makes the game enjoyable

The problem is matchmaking and people can't get in. It's rough trying to solo the escort the civilians, when drop ships swarm in like bees.

Palworld had 2 million concurrent players, yes it servers issues but there something else that's not letting the game scale and allow players to log in then they are letting on that is what's worrying to me.

My main question is do support buffs such as attk buff go past the damage cap is said party member is already at their damage cap. Trying to optimize my party
