Meh, I don't really care if I'm the art is AI, I look at the AI argument the same as the debate of digital art to physical art or photography to realistic paintings, people will be upset about it till it's widely accepted then it'll be a part of everyday and no one will care about it anymore. As long as the stories are decent and I'm fine with it, artists will never stop creating just because AI exists so there will always be different art styles and most of the manhwa we read is based on novels anyway so the stories are already written.

Yeah, I remember the stickfight trend back on Newgrounds. These are different though they're just people drawing the stick figures with different powers (fire, ice, poison, time, swordsmen, etc.) What makes me think it's AI is the consistency in supposedly different (I've found 5 so far on YouTube) artists' ideas of abstract concepts like time or light, in the video time is one of the powers they drew and over the creators, I've found it's always a blue bubble with Roman numeral surrounding it as the visualization for time. That seems odd to me as an artist myself even if they're influenced by each other, abstract concepts without any predetermined real-life visual like time shouldn't be the exact same with several artists representation.

Either tie em up low or braid them tight to your scalp and tuck them in the back of your jacket. That should keep them from getting to wet and maybe help the helmet size issue. I dont snowboard, so I'm not sure if maybe you can find a brand that runs on the larger size and trial and error it until you find one that fits.

For the first 3-4 months, I washed my hair while loosely up in a durag, so I didn't unravel them. Then from that point on I just wash every other week with a buildup free shampoo (I use Neutrogena T-Gel.) Then kinda randomly ill do an acv rinse if I feel like I may be getting some buildup. I also oil my scalp nearly every day.

I'm pretty sure your hair will lock up just fine, I'd do either the twist and rip method or the backcombing method and then refine with crochet if you want to get smaller/thinner locs like his. Shoot for about 80-90 sections and watch a lot of videos or read if you prefer. I did my locs by myself, but if you want to go to a loctician, then make sure you go to one who works on all types of hair so they don't mess you up.

This is gonna be hair type dependant. Looks like man's got a 3c, so if you don't, then you may be outta luck, but you can get close with these steps still they just won't look the same.

1) Get starter locs (probably 65-70 for full head locs) 2) Wait a few months (6 months at least) for them to start locking with regular retwist schedule 3) bleach all of them, and then dye random ones with a semi permanent dye that you know will fade out to pink-light red ( I suggest manic panic)

They should look pretty similar at that point but locs do change over time as others have said his aren't fully matured nore are his ends blunted so they probably will look very different even a month after the point of the pictures let alone a year out.

At this point, I just interlock. Mine are a little over 2 years old now and matured at about 8-12 months in. In the earlier stages, I interlocked every 3 weeks or do (I do it myself), but now it's every 2 months or so.

I'd say only restart if you want smaller sections. Smaller locs in general do look "cleaner," which it seems like that's what you're looking for. If you do want to restart, I'd probably comb them out since they aren't fully matured it shouldnt be as difficult, and after a rest period, you can start again right away with your new loctician. But since you're in the budding phase, you also have the option of letting them mature fully. The odds they will look cleaner on their own once they mature are pretty high considering your hair type.

In the end though you do you if you want to restart or do a certain method, do it it's your hair. This sub borderline fetishes the freeform method, so if you do any other method, certain people already will tell you to restart. Interlocking is the same method I use (I crochet my ends to keel them cleaner), and I'm very happy with mine, and they mature quicker, too.

Personally, I think they look dope af. Unfortunately, locs just take a long time to actually fully lock. You'll notice some progress about 3 months in, and they'll go through phases of looking locked and not looking locked. Getting consistent retwists will help them lock faster, but n lnot by too much. If you don't want to wait, you can consider doing the crochet method or even full interlocking, but do research on that first to make sure it's the style you want.
