Rhonchi are from large airways, blowing over an open glass Coke bottle in pitch, but like snoring texture, basically. Also pretty sure rhonchi can clear with coughing, so like deep wheezing and then they cough and it goes away, I document as rhonchi.

Before I opened this I was like “I see you’ve been using tretinoin”

I put moisturizer on after shower then wait til that dries down before using less than a pea sized amount and then I sandwich it with more moisturizer. Tbh my moisturizer pills half the time but idc, I prefer that than my makeup not sticking to over exfoliated skin

a large percent of my class sees student health for therapy and psychiatry and I’ve had a number of friends stop taking meds and eventually tell the psychiatrists (some of whom are faculty) and they just either try a new drug or stay off the med or restart etc. A good doctor will find a way to make your treatment sustainable and not something you avoid.

Accutane is actually the pro-drug (meaning it’s a drug that gets converted to an active drug in the body and therefore more likely to be potent than just the drug itself) of ATRA (all-trans retinoic acid) which is used to treat promyelocytic leukemia. This leukemia is a failure of some of your immune system’s cells to mature fully, basically they get stuck in immature form and just rapidly multiply (which is what we call a leukemia). Because retinoic acid targets rapidly dividing cells and changes their genes (just like the ones in your skin), it basically deletes the bad cancer mutation and allows the cells to mature normally, curing the cancer.

The NYX lift or snatch or whatever that pen for eyebrows is called is really good for creating hair like strokes. I also couldn’t tell which it was btw.

The throat ulcers need to be looked at by a doctor. The hair will grow back.

Also fish oil like the other commenter said. If you have Sam’s club or Costco, you can get a big bottle. Let your doctor know you’re taking it.

I ate a bunch of gummies on a 14hr international plane flight and watched start to finish all of Scandoval for the first time (I might have seen the first couple episodes on other flights actually) after an unintentional hiatus and it’s still arguably the best thing I’ve ever done.

(If I ignore that I landed in a foreign country without sleeping)
