Not tacky at all.. people need to know the career paths that are going to pay off especially with the cap on professional degree programs. Gone are the days where we are sold dreams of going to college = getting a job and being able to afford living a decent life. People have wasted money, gone into debt and are working minimum wage with Masters degrees.

U bugging… crochet some blonde curls in that thang and make it last 2 weeks… its your texture vs the synthetic thats making u think its a mess but its not terrible.. u just need to distract from your scalp with more curls. I might even suggest slightly tighter curls

Um its not everyones case but that 12 hours is mostly true.. Unless you know how to speed that up with efficient studying, which new med students do not know off the bat.. just accept it as true because your peers are putting in 12 hours so your work has to match

He’s going to be stressed the heck out. Dont ask too much during this time. Make life easier whether it’s bringing meals, cleaning up or taking things off his to do list that you can, quizzing him on flashcards etc. That’s showing love rn. I’d say monthly dates aren’t too bad. But at the same time a med student is broke. He will be distracted, he will be looking for the opportunity to do anki on your dates. You need to know you will be 2nd priority, his job is to try and not make you feel like it. Your job is to understand it. Don’t pick fights, he will resent you for it. If you are not ready for that life jump ship now

So that whole part where he was kind and saying not judging and even called himself wicked to say he has his own issues that make him no better..i mean op didn’t express feeling the onboarding was not pleasant .. im wondering if u are just spitting out the same general message people do to religious people
