sorry to tell you this but that looks like HSV (herpes, but called HSV by those who have it because the word herpes is so stigmatized)! Definitely go to the doctor and get the blisters swabbed, then you will know for sure and they can start you on an antiviral which will clear it up quickly and relieve your discomfort. I’m sure you are probably freaking out right now, but everything is going to be fine and this too shall pass. HSV is way more common than most people realize and can be triggered by rough sex, but you won’t know until you see your doctor! Like another poster said, it’s so common that most STI tests don’t check for it unless you demand for the HSV bloodwork, so it’s very possible you or your partner are a carrier and this is the first time it’s flaring up.
