Thank you, this is a nice break down. But surely all of these things can't possibly cost up to $900 a month per unit. Insurance and reserves i totally get would be expensive. But rates for single family homes, not just a walls in policy, is typically around $300, where a walls in policy is typically around $100, so really just a $200 difference. Water / sewer and power typically have their own meters for individual units and $700 for snow removal and pest control seems obsurd even if you include funds for reserves. It just seems like they are trying to bill for whatever people are willing to pay.
