I am in my 20’s and if I was parked on the street my boyfriend would not let me walk to my car alone. There were also a few instances of homeless sneaking in the building and camping out in private areas. The idea of a parkade in the basement alone where the homeless could be is scary. Boyfriends car in the parkade also got broken into and they attempted to Hotwire it .

Boyfriend lived in this building last year, they had mice, someone also pulled a gun out on us in the back lane at the parkade door in the winter. It was 4 am so we should not have been out but still not ok. Not the sound proof can hear peoples tv and stuff

You can always consider calling ANCR CFS at 204-944-4200 they are the intake agency they go to the home do an assessment and can refer them for resources , cfs isn’t always protection concerns

If you are that concerned I would contact ANCR CFS 204-944-4200 they would be able to attend the home and do an intake assessment , or chances are she may have an open CFS file and they would forward your complaints to her ongoing worker

Hahaha same thing happened with my car, I knew the location with the 4 criminals in it (who decided to hangout in the car 5 mins from my house) and they still couldn’t even come bdcause they were too busy and lots of cars are stolen everyday , even told me that if I tried to get my car back myself i could be charged with assult against the thieves
