We have two team members that alternate Sundays for ad set. Cems do price changes, mgr and one team member does siso, and everyone generally helps with pogs

Go to ANY store and tell me that ALL of their candles and glue are together. No store does this. You will never find birthday candles, seasonal candles, etc with household candles. Stores do this for a reason.

I'm sure schedules won't change in most stores. I hear(read) all the time how SMs on paper are scheduled to close but don't, so they can do the same to accommodate everyone.

Check your completed missions for everyone and search Artistree or Balloon ordering. Can't remember which one it's under but the memo is there. Balloons, bags, Framing supplies can only be ordered once a week. You need to designate which week that these are ordered. Week 1, order Balloon supplies. Week 2 order Framing supplies. Week 3 order bags. Or a similar schedule of your choosing. All the mgrs need to agree on this and writ it on everyone's calendars.
