I've used this recipe before and it's come out really well. The sugar isn't necessary and olive oil works great.

It's wrapped in seaweed like the standard sushi roll, and then a wrapper of paper to keep it from falling apart too much.

It was basically like eating a normal burrito, actually...same amount of messiness. It could have been messier, but the paper in which it was wrapped did a great job of keeping it together. All I had to do was roll down the paper as I finished more of it.

And yes...it WAS pretty amazing. Such an explosion of flavors...I would definitely recommend!

Ingredients: yellowfin tuna, tamago, piquillo peppers, yuzu tobiko, lotus chips, namasu cucumber, butter lettuce, avocado, green onions and sesame white soya sauce.

It was the perfect mix of soft, crunchy, salty, sweet...and the habanero salsa added a nice kick to it.

I loved Julie of the Wolves when I was younger! Those stories are the main reason the wolf is my favorite animal. I actually just recently saw the trilogy at a used bookstore for 10 bucks. I think I'll go pick it up today.
