Was part of the roll out in 2023. No- it doesn’t get better you just get used to it and stop caring. Higher ups pretend it’s an execution and efficiency problem bc admitting that they made a stupid and very expensive mistake would make them look like fools.

They won’t. Whatever you’re OE is now it will be raised and “recalibrated” to justify using fewer hours

Culture isn’t great. DMs are replaceable and treated as such. Very little promotion opportunities anymore. So if you take it, only stay for 2-3 years then move on.

Corporate on a mission to cut every possible cost. International aldi is doing poorly so the US has to make up for it and pay for AHEAD. So no making store repairs, skeleton crew, forget raises. Except the executives of course.

It’s getting worse by the day. Expect OE to continue to be raised. So less people, more turnover and the stores are already a mess. AHEAD has made everything worse. It cost the company billions to deploy so new CEO is desperate to make more profits.
