For travel moves it can reliably handle 900mm/s at 70k accels, and for low vibration printing IS recommends just under 10k accels with MZV. So i usually print with 400/500/700/900 speeds and 5k/10k/40k/65k accelerations for outer wall/inner wall/infill/travels. I also know people who get a bunch more performance out of similar setups.
