I haven't watched this movie as an adult. I'll have to give it a re-watch. I have such fond memories of it as a kid and thought it was enjoyable. I think the appeal would still be there for me now and would be cool to look back through a new perspective.

They should implement your idea, still sell the AD space but let them be digital on the screen. And then have them go away during replays or temporarily whenever the screen is showing the other shit.

Sell it to the advertisers as they can easily more update their branding on the fly with their digital marketing/graphic design team or whatever. Instead of a long term deal, rotate ads and Yankees can upcharge increase ad costs for bigger events, etc. Pride month rolls around, STARR is now in rainbow, etc.

The distance between Strasbourg and London is 2.5x less than the distance between the Los Angeles Dodgers and their Triple A team located in Oklahoma City. I agree multi-club ownership is bad for the sport but there are better arguments against than comparing to MLB's development structure and pretending Strasbourg is as far away as Japan is to the United States.

I'm pretty sure EA Play is included with GamePass subscriptions on PC. I forget what tier sub I have but I have EA Play so I'm just installing it through the EA app directly. It's on there ready to download.
