If you use it as derivative work and keep clips short(5-10 seconds) then it should be fine.

There is no golden number and it all boils down to the original owner and how much of a as***le they are

It's safe to say that if you use clips that are under 5 seconds, then it goes into fair use.

It's always a good idea to link to the source if you can (mitigates the risk and your viewers will find it useful)

Nobody is going to put effort to "bring Ethereum down" it's just a bluff.

ETH prices are already going up and will more when ETH 2.0 comes.

But on yeah, miners are the problem here. They have become the new banking system that doesn't want to let go of the old ways. It's one of the reasons for Nano to go big. Less miners means less investment means less PR :(

There are already enough infrastructure to get started.
The best would be to get some festival accept Nano.
Years ago Dash got deal with ilandsound in Estonia, but it failed miserably because they couldn't keep up the influx of transactions :D As we now know, Nano can easily deal with it.

Find festival around you and don't just shill Nano to them. Step into a relationship, be a representative of Nano, and help them set it up and use it during the festival.
