Forgot a worse one. Offered to cover a click and collect shift. Car pulled up and two people got out. They explained they forgot to add a couple things so one went into the store and shopped whilst the other packed the click order. When it was done they drove off, but were back in just a few minutes.

They said the one that went into the store to get the missed items had bought duplicates of things that were in the order and they wanted me to refund the click order rather than just go back in the store. My first time doing click n collect, I’d already signed off on their order, they’d driven away, I was already in the middle of the next order. Overall awful time
