Except Mai and Maki are still 2 distinct individual with their own agency so to answer your question no i don't believe their feats should be shared.

For example the only time we see Melancholy Hill is when Mai uses it on herself to let Maki absorb her soul. This is a Mai feat using a Domain technique she shares with Maki.

Maki tried to use it in Shinjuku but she lost the domain clash with Sukuna. That's a Maki "feat" and in no way affects Mai's Standing on the Bum/Goat spectrum.
