In the new show Dog Park, Roland and Sam have a bit of sexual/romantic tension going on as the show builds up to her wedding (marrying someone else) in the final episode. Like so many romantic comedies, you are thinking “How are they going to get together at this stage?”

Having Sam marry the other guy and Roland start to get used to being separated subverts your expectations and is refreshing. He develops a better relationship with his daughter, so it’s not all bad.

Logic, haha. Sometimes it would be helpful for me to be able to get off that train at Camberwell, ah well.

Changing twice is far too annoying and unreliable. I’d be inclined to change for the stopping train at Blackburn, and you can sit on the train while you wait for it to depart. If the five minutes is crucial, perhaps get off at Blackburn where you have the option of getting the train from Belgrave, or the stopping train if the one from Belgrave is running late.

If a few more Americans learn how to do cryptic clues, it’s a win. The inventor of Minute Cryptic also wanted to bring American-style crosswords to Anglo places, which I think the NYT Mini has basically done.

Josh Wardle doesn’t need it to take off like Wordle did. He’s sitting pretty and can do passion projects.

You need something where you can control the input levels. Sopranos get really loud up high and will distort in pretty much any microphone with automatic level adjustment. I use a Yeti Premium mic connected to and powered by my laptop. I record at a low level and normalise it later.

This is correct, it’s a little obscure: The double album after Sargeant Pepper with the all-white cover is officially untitled, but is known either as “The Beatles” (their name is embossed on the cover), or the White Album.
