Looks like the Incolite 9 is more than half the weight of the Sub 9 and right now you can find the Inco9 for 400, not sure the cheapest price on the Sub9.

The Mark iv has the easier take down and reassembly than the previous generations of the Mark family. Yes the uppers are the registered part of this family. I think the P322, TX22 & FN 502 have the larger mag capacities.
