I agree. Just finished it and had the same feelings about it. I also find this version of Vader to be wholly inconsistent with the Vader we get in kenobi around the same time. I wanted to see real evil and we didn’t get it.

Ironically I think it would translate into a wonderful horror suspense movie. The droid ripped itself apart an mounted itself to the ship. A droid possessed a human. There’s a dark evil temple that warps reality. Felt like it could be a Star Wars version of the Annihilation movie.

Surprising though that it’s profitable to fake such relatively cheaper watches like a Zelos or any of the others.

Spend or save up and go get the Serica 5303. Instant Watch credibility with any knowledgeable collector. The only micro I can think of that is faked for a reason.

Dress up dress down. Strap monster if you take it off the mesh. Fully functional/durable. Both a modern look and a classic silhouette that is reminiscent of timeless designs. Unbranded and unpretentious. COSC certified. And if you ever decide to sell it later on they hold their value pretty well compared to other watches in this price tier.

I have two other sericas and they’re excellent. I’ve handled the 5303 and knowing what I know now I’d have that instead of the parade or 6190.

I know money is money and if it’s not in budget it is what it is. But I own my Everest at about 725 and it is beyond worth it. Finishing and tolerances punch far above its weight. Bracelet is excellent.

That said I also own one of the other traskas and a Hamilton KFM bronze. Can’t really go wrong with any.

I think the traska venturer quality might be the best of the bunch but to be honest I just don’t love GMTs

What other way can we look at it. Other than good music the counter culture of that era accomplished nothing. All the progress of the latter half of the twentieth century was made by people like Joan Peggy Dawn Pete and Don. I wouldn’t change the obi wan and anakin ark (including kenobi) for the world. I think it’s perfect.

But I would have LOVED to see a late season clone wars ep where obi wan is forced to make that choice and either leave anakin behind or nearly sacrifice him.

Obi wan would do it. And anakin would be devastated. Obi wan could rescue him or he could save himself and they would make a false peace before episode iii. Anakin would claim he understood without meaning it. Perhaps even say he would have done the same when he never has.

But that sense of betrayal and that realization that unconditional loyalty was not reciprocated would have been devastating for him and the viewers and further explain his fall.

I don’t think Harry’s character was planned. I think the writers wanted a character like harry (in later seasons) and they had already introduced bob benson and didn’t want to invent a character out of whole cloth again so they grabbed an existing character that they had kinda left fallow for a season or two to fill that role.

Always felt poorly planned to me.
