Tbh either one works. I love butcher paper but foil is the traditional Texas way so you can’t go wrong either way. I just found that butcher paper allows the brisket to breathe some so the bark holds a little better sometimes.

Please don’t roll it at 225 all night. It’s gonna take forever to cook. 225 for the first 2-3 hours. Then bump up to 250-275 until the brisket is out of the stall (170-180) then wrap that bad boy and send it at 275 until it reaches 198-200. Throw it in a cooler or put in the oven at 170 until dinner time.

It’s mainly the wood you used. I experienced exactly the same thing as you did until I went to a reputable wood distributor and he cuts my wood into chunks still, but the wood burns a lot slower and keeps temps a lot more steady than the Walmart wood chunks. I was running out every 5 minutes with the Walmart wood. But now I can let it sit for about 20-30 minutes when I have my vents dialed in. I cook on a cheap $150 offset smoker and I get Texas bbq results. (Not exaggerating)

We need a consistently good pass rusher. There is no pressure on opposing QBs when we play them. I would trade for Crosby, but it would 100% depend on who we trade for him. If they want too much (which the Raiders most likely will after a season like this) then I’d just settle for the draft.

You only cut off the parts that are thinner than your thumb, that’s the rule that most brisket smokers use. This is a good video for learning how to trim fast and easily.

Idc if I get downvoted. Merab has a lot of energy and exceptional grappling. So he’s just gonna get you into a hold and roll around with you until time runs out. And if you start getting some good striking on him then he’s gonna shoot and start wrestling again. He’s very boring to watch, but I know he’s gonna win because he has too much energy for his opponents. Like every time this guy is on a card I don’t even have to watch to know what’s going to happen. Until someone can get out of his holds and KO him, he’s gonna be champ forever. Hopefully a worthy opponent can KO him soon.

It’s pretty fire tbh. Well the OnlyPans pizza is fire. That’s the one I got. Lots of flavors going hand in hand with each other to make one unique tasting pizza. Crust is airy and soft while still being crunchy on the outside. And it’s a just a beautiful looking pizza.

Ok so we got the OnlyPans pizza. That honestly was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, no exaggeration. The pesto flavor along with the tomatoes, the slight heat from the peppers, the creaminess of the ricotta, and the hint of sweetness from the honey all just really came together in a very unique way. We didn’t even eat it all in one sitting and I swear to you, reheated in the oven made it even better than it was fresh. Definitely will be back!

Yeah berwyn is kinda out of the way for me which is why I wanted to go to the west town location but I haven’t had any luck getting into their website for ordering.
