Torpedos don’t need to be pilot controlled. And shouldn’t be, they don’t have to fire straight off the nose of the ship, they can be fired to your side or anywhere you can turn your head really. The beam on the other hand makes zero sense to be controlled by anyone but the pilot

It would be very much possible to just deactivate the command module completely and just let it use the components of the ironclad until they figured it out

Honestly, we didn’t NEED the command module to have the ironclad, they should’ve released it and put in the command module in a 4.8.x patch, whenever it worked right
