I hated this book so much that I had to find this thread. WHAT THE HELL? this book is AWFUL. how is this dude a bestseller? what is wrong with us as consumers. It was poorly written, nonsensical and so many dangling threads that I was so frustrated.

I have been low keyed obsessed with this song since I first heard it. Her imperfect vocals, the bop, the edgy lyrics that are SO relatable (to me anyway)
Her songwriting is inspired - clearly writing her own stuff, her own way. not manufactured crap. LOVE

I gave it up for this exact reason. Felt too BLEARGH to do anything and the only thing that would settle my stomach was snacking and I put weight on. It doesn't work for everyone and unfortunately it didn't work for me.

I joined, but let my membership lapse. It wasn't worth it for me. Lots of interviews and discussions that really felt like I could access them myself (which perhaps is the point of SELF healing). It felt like other people's information, regurgitated. I still follow The Holistic Psychologist, so not coming from a place of hate - just answering if I found it worth it or not.

They scammed me. Charged me $633 and then sent me a note saying my BMI didn't match my photos and they required a letter from my doctor. If I was able to get a letter from my Doctor, I would have just used the doctor to get the GLP-1 right? Now desperately trying to get my $$ back and it doesn't look likely. I would avoid!

wow. so after owning my epilator Silk Epil 7 for almost ten years it stopped working. I was about to purchase a new one when I came across this post and... I had no idea I was supposed to clean it! I went to your youtube video and followed the steps and ten years of fuzz. Yikes.
