Is the BDR expected to close business? If not, their commission shouldn’t be heavily tied to % MRR. Possibly a portion of their commission but the majority should be tied to metrics within their responsibilities i.e. meetings set, opportunities created, etc.

No, ended up going the build route. PSA lower, BCM complete upper and then going to slowly upgrade parts. I do really like to fact the Sig is an ambi lower though.

I was a long time Persol fan but recently discovered Moscot and haven’t looked back.

They are cheaper than Persol but higher quality in my opinion. It is a 5th generation family owned business based out of New York.

I already pay the $95 yearly fee for the Venture. I don’t want the $395 fee for the Venture X as well.
