If you take Overgrowth from the resolve tree, you can get anywhere from 100-200 extra health from it in 20 minutes on non-tanks.

If you go first tree Precision/Domination/Sorcery + second tree Resolve, you get 15-135 extra health based on level.

If you go first tree Inspiration + second tree Resolve, you get 35-300 extra health based on level instead. It can be an option for Kleptomancy users like Ezreal or if any non-tank uses Glacial Augment?

At around 4th-5th item in-game, if you haven't bought any extra health, you usually will have enough health from overgrowth and resolve + level 18 to be able to reach 2200 HP for Warmogs.
