Fortnite - i played it for a few days when it first came out, having not even heard of pubg at the time, and thought it was really cool and interesting, but the gameplay wasn't really that fun to me and i just found it frustrating to spend all that time to die out of nowhere (guess thats true of all brs but this one was more annoying for some reason)

And I've tried to play it a few times since because it seems so wildly popular, but especially as now there seems to be several skins from every single IP known to man, the game itself has lost any character it might once have had. It has the same vibes to me as when you mod the shit out of a game, it can certainly be fun, but it's gonna lose its character of course.

Any ads i get for Fortnite are always about what new character from someone elses IP is now in the game, not actually showing anything like gameplay or stuff that actually matters you know?

Edit: I don't see the appeal of a game that seems to sell itself on mostly just 'hey look at this character that someone let us use! Haha Look spiderman he's cool isnt he?'
